Major Renos!

We have remembered to take before and after shots with this house. We had our whole chimney and fireplace removed so yes, we have a large whole in the master bedroom where the brick chimney stuck out from the wall and yes we have only a specially secured kind of tarp covering the hole in the roof too.
Where the fireplace was and all the stonework is now a big gaping hole. It all had to come out.
We also just gutted our front entrance. Bye-bye old carpet and all the drywall and ceiling. We just picked out the new ceramic tile that will be going in. And we both loved it right away when we saw it at the store! :-) Today we also picked out the bathroom tile since the main floor bathroom is being gutted too. We are also having the wonky wall that is in the kitchen redone. :-) So, we picked out a new tub, toilet, etc...I will post some before and after shots photos shortly...Actually I only have before shots for now. :-)
