Update...

Not much to report but a tired couple waiting on God's time for all this to wrap up. We have a conditional offer...they have till Monday...then if it doesn't go through our sign comes off the lawn and our agent's goes up and we let her take over.  We'd love to save the money and wish we can sell on our own but we need to sell this place asap.  We will see what unfolds in the next 72 hours...
