I look at this photo and nothing looks good anymore except the Brussel Sprouts and they'd have to be steamed and eaten plain...I have never been a picky eater and was always content but when I see meat or fried or baked and mainly high in fat or other things with cheese or cream...I just want to run for a salad or some fruit. I'd rather have water than wine (which I can't drink anyway)...My eating habits have sure changed... and I am feeling much better. No, I am not becoming vegan or a raw foody but pretty close.
