Sadie & Aslan day
On the 7th day of walking... Ran/hiked up the trail in the snow with my Lab Sadie and her buddy Aslan (slow poke). My youngest son tried to keep up but got left behind. Came home and did some yoga stretches. Ouch! The lower abs, etc are on the weak side. :-) Walked like a cowboy for 2 days from all the squats.:-) Feels good. How's everyone else doing?
