Merry Christmas everyone!

Wishing you love, joy and peace thanking God for His coming to earth to save us.

I wrapped up my 12 day of walking!

Finished this morning with a Walk Strong Express...30minutes of walking, squats, weights, lunges.  So happy to be in the Christmas season working out more than I eating.

Hope you've found time for at least a walk.
