Making sandwiches, watching their smiles, hearing them laugh...My heart is ready.♥

Tonight I watched my oldest two sons enjoy their last day of summer, their last day of staying home, their last day of being homeschooled...and I felt joy. I thought I would never homeschool, then I thought I would homeschool till they moved out...God has His plans and they are so very perfect. There is a time and a season...the 4 1/2 years we spent together were challenging, tear-filled at times but I learned so much and  they taught me so much even though I was the teacher...or so I thought. I pray that they will be a blessing to others in this new direction and that others will bless them. God has not changed and He will be present. Tonight I made their lunches while I heard them get ready for bed and heard them laugh together...Yes, my heart is ready. I am joyful for what is ahead...I cannot even guess what is around the corner but I feel joy and I know it will be perfect since it is God's plans for each of my children, for my days and my husband's days. He is good, so very good. Tomorrow a new chapter begins...
