A weekend to remember- Thanksgiving at Mont-Tremblant!

We spent the weekend at my future brother-in-law's parents chalet (cottage) at Mont-Tremblant with my sister & her fiancé (getting married in December), her fiancé's parents & my parents. Three of my siblings were there as well but only for a day. We had such a nice time! The forecast for the weekend was cold & rainy but we got sunshine and cool but comfortable weather. The colours were beautiful. The perfect October weather! I believe it's the first time we've been away for a weekend and wished we could stay the rest of the week or longer. We all had a great time! We did have to survive a (literally) 2hrs church service at a local evangelical church (turned out to be Pentacostal) with the 4 boys or we could have driven 20 min. to a local Anglican or United church service. The people were very welcoming & kind but we were worn out and "glad" to be back at the cottage. The service was all in French so the boys had to be very patient the whole time. We did come home just as tired as we were when we headed there on Friday evening (LOVED the only 2 hr drive there) since with 4 boys it was very busy but since they were happy almost every moment of the weekend and had grandparents & an aunt & uncle to also spend time with, it made it worth it. They loved that everyone was around for the weekend with nothing better to do than relax & hang out together! Here are our photo souvenirs! Best ever family getaway so far!
