Walking and getting somewhere!

Just got my DVD on Monday late afternoon! I started right away Tuesday morning! Leslie Sansone does take a bit of getting used to since she's very hyper and loves to talk! But her energy is contagious and it helps me get through the workout. I had also borrowed one from the library to compare 2 of her DVDs and to give myself some variety. I've done it 4 consecutive days! The boys think it's great and tried to do it too but usually quit after 5-10 minutes since there is quite a bit of higher impact aerobic footwork & terms too (something I used to do quite a bit before having the boys)...they thought I must be AMAZING to stick it out(maybe a little easily impressed)! My youngest two somehow feel the need to get a few hugs in while I do it so sometimes I'm holding one and then the other while I do it. Oh well...I know it will take at least until sometime into March before I start really feeling great and by the summer I'll be able to 'race' to the park and maybe even get there before my boys!!! It's nice to have a little something "just for me" to look forward to during the day and I know it makes me smile more, boosts my energy (don't need a nap around 1pm) and the boys think it's fun to watch! So are you joining me??☺
P.S. I randomly found this photo online...It was taken in China at the Entrance walkway to the Grand Buddha complex. Leshan, Sichuan, China ...I'd love to walk here someday and take my own photos...With my husband, of course!

  2. Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles... I took the Two Mile Walk out of the library..."Love" the outfits in that one..1996!! They're both great!
