For all 4 of my boys, I made a birth announcement cross-stitch project. When I started my first 7 years ago, I did not know I would be making 3 more in less than 5 years and did not realise that each would actually take over 40 hours of work!☺ I learned to cross-stitch from my Opa who took it up as a hobby after retirement and always did beautiful work (mainly using wool threads).
I had meant for these photos to be in chronological order but now that they're uploaded, I'll just leave them that way!☺
awesome x-stitch, Sara! So far, both of my nieces and my nephew have a x-stitch by me ... since their moms don't x-stitch. They do take a lot of work, hey?
