A ziggurat from Ur

We were studying Hammurabi & the Babylonians a few weeks ago. It wasn't until today that we found a great picture of a ziggurat and I got coaxed into making one. So here it is! The boys helped paint it! Yes, we know what it was used for! I'll bet they could get Mr. H. to built a better one! I wasn't able to spend a whole lot of time getting the measurements right on so the seams aren't perfect. The first photo is our finished product!☺
