My dear friend D. just had her baby on Sunday! Another girl! She now has 1 boy and 3 girls! There were three ladies in our church expecting around the same time and for some reason I thought they would all have girls! And they did! Especially my friend D., I was very sure she was having another girl!
Anyhow, her name is Meriel Bren Torenvliet and she weighed 8 lbs. I haven't seen her yet but I have seen a picture and she is a beautiful little girl! Her mother and sisters are beautiful so she's guaranteed to have similar genes.
This will also be a memorable Sunday since our new minister was installed that day as well!
Pretty exciting weekend for our congregation! This little girl will also be the first child he will baptize as our new pastor.
